Tropical modernism in Del Ray beach, this triplex elegantly combines custom luxury homes on one lot. The lava stone façade with bronze hued metal screens creates a decidedly modern look.  Upon entering the private gardens, the interior and exterior flow together creating a relaxed open living environment. The center unit is punctuated by a central courtyard and water feature brining light to the central core of the home, further blurring the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors. Relax by the pool or dine among the lush garden landscape, in these richly appointed homes.
