The Chestnut Hill Hotel and Market is a multidimensional project that incorporates a wide range of our architecture, landscape, and branding work.
For this project, our updates to the Hotel’s facade honor the original look of the landmark building, while a few modern touches infuse it with an elegant urban-farmhouse industrial feel. Our most exciting addition to the site, the Fareway, is a vibrant outdoor walkway that runs between the Chestnut Hill Hotel and the Market behind it. This popular neighborhood hangout features colorful and comfortable outdoor seating, water features, and a community fire pit. Surrounding restaurants also offer opportunities for outdoor dining along the Fareway, and make it a lively community area that brings to life a once underutilized space.
The Market itself features an exciting variety of vendors in one convenient location. Our branding and interior design work ensure a seamless shopping experience, while the custom signage and graphics we designed for each vendor show off their unique brands. In bringing together the Chestnut Hill Hotel and Market, this project offers an exciting mix of programs, modern landscaping, and historic architecture that has become a favorite destination for visitors and locals alike.
