Morrissey Design wins SARA (Society of American Registered Architects) Awards for two projects!
Recognized in two categories, residential and hospitality, Morrissey Design accepted two awards last Thursday at the SARA PA 9th Annual Professional Design Awards. The Sprague Residence in the Outer Banks, NC won the Design Award of Merit and Xilantro Restaurant and Tequila Bar received the Design Award of Recognition!
Philadelphia Co-Location Project in the news!
In collaboration with IronStone Real Estate, Morrissey Design LLC designed a co-location facility to "bring together these different agencies, who share the same goal of supporting and protecting victims of sexual abuse". The building, located in Philadelphia, will house the Special Victims Unit, Philadelphia Children's Alliance, Department of Human Services and the police. Reddi Residence pool and outdoor terrace gains client approval!
The Reddi family approved Morrissey Design LLC's plans for their new modern pool and outdoor terrace! As the interior renovations of their home are under currently construction, we are moving towards completion of the construction documents for the exterior design.

Morrissey Design is teaming up with So Fun! Frozen Yogurt owner, Dick Oelbaum, to design his new yogurt shop in Conshohocken, PA. Dick currently has two shops in Nazareth and Wayne and we are looking forward to seeing his third come to fruition!
